Case Study Seven - Assessment Centre
We were approached by Camden & Islington Mental health Trust to assist them with a redeployment and restructure project. The trust wanted to create 12 new business units, each to be managed by Directors of Service Line. The new roles required different managerial and leadership skills. We were commissioned to design a purpose built assessment process to evaluate the skill of 14 of their existing managers against these requirements.
